  • Prior to founding WealthQuotient, Mr. Friedman Co-Founded Wealth-X, the world’s only global ultra affluent data and intelligence platform where he and his co-founder sold a majority stake to Insight Venture Partners ($8B NYC based private equity fund).

    Prior to Wealth-X, Mr. Friedman spent several years as Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis advising global Fortune 500 companies on their location strategies as well as sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East, Asia and Latin America on real estate development projects related to economic growth strategies. His client portfolio included the Saudi Royal Family, Bahraini Government, Kuwait Finance House, the Malaysian Sovereign Wealth Fund, Jumeriah Capital and the Government of Puerto Rico.

    Mr. Friedman started his career at Oxford Analytica, the world’s leading geopolitical analysis and declassified intelligence firm founded by his mentor Dr. David Young, former special assistant to Kissinger in the Nixon White House. Mr. Friedman also currently serves on their Advisory Board.

    Mr. Friedman graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College with a bachelors in Political Science and with a Masters Degree in Philosophical Theology and Ethics from Yale Divinity.

JANNEKE HOUSE

Janneke House manages a global family office for a high-profile family. Janneke previously worked as Chief of Staff for a high-profile family in NFL sports where she was brought on as to drive organizational and cultural transformations while continuing to support the family in numerous companies in the entertainment, technology, legalized sports betting, motion picture, luxury hospitality, fashion, yachting, and aviation industries.

  • Prior to being Chief of Staff, Janneke was a Senior Advisor to former Presidential candidate and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand where she oversaw the Senator’s economic development legislative agenda in New York State. Prior to joining the Senator’s office, she was a Director for the Kendall Square Association in Cambridge, MA, where she was responsible for engaging with global technology and biotech companies to further ensure the on-going vitality of one of the country’s most economically robust districts. Janneke has also pursued certain political ambitions during her career, running for City Council in both Salt Lake City, UT and Cambridge, MA. Janneke has a passion for not only helping the communities in which she lives by serving on various non-profit boards. She was the first graduate to receive a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Utah, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in Urban Planning. Janneke is a published author with her debut children’s book MOMMY MAYOR being released in early 2026. Janneke was born near Sundance, Utah, where she developed her love for the mountains. She now resides in New York City.

    Ali’s career foundation was built on 27 years in executive management and sales leadership in New York, where she held senior roles at major global technology companies, including IBM, Salesforce, and Amazon. This experience honed her ability to drive complex sales strategies, lead international business development, and manage large-scale global initiatives. The relationships and global network she built during this time now directly benefit her real estate clients.

    A passionate advocate for financial literacy, Ali frequently speaks to young women and professionals about real estate investing and first-time home buying. She also volunteers with local organizations, including Heart of the Hamptons. Ali resides in New York City and Sag Harbor with her husband and teenage son.
