JARROD GUY RANDOLPH

Jarrod Guy Randolph is a strategic advisor operating at the intersection of capital, relationships, and opportunity. Through his work with family offices, financial services executives, and entrepreneurs, he helps organizations strengthen client engagement, build meaningful partnerships, and position themselves as leaders through high-impact thought leadership.

He is the founder of Headliner Series, an invitation-only platform that convenes senior decision-makers in curated, closed-door environments designed to accelerate trust, insight, and strategic alignment. Through this ecosystem, Jarrod facilitates access to relationships, talent, and opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.

In parallel, Jarrod advises corporations on client engagement strategy and the design of experiences that deepen relationships and convert proximity into long-term value.


Prior to his current work, Jarrod built a career in real estate investment and development, raising over $300 million in equity and facilitating more than $2 billion in transactions, primarily within the New York City market. His experience includes work with leading firms such as Extell Development and Tishman Realty, and he has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and The Real Deal’s Under 35 Rising Stars.

Jarrod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from NYU’s Schack Institute.

MARZENA SATERNUS

Marzena is Chief Operating Officer at DMC Partners and COO/Partner at its sister firm, Senan Advisors—an AI-powered talent advisory company. She has led operations, strategy, and data/knowledge functions across executive search, consulting, and alternative asset management, including roles at Sheffield Haworth, Coalition Investment Partners, Westwood Partners, and Hunter Advisors. 

She began her career in clinical immunology research at Rockefeller University, publishing work alongside a Nobel Prize–winning physician-scientist. Marzena holds a B.A. in Science (Fordham), an M.A. in Anthropology (Hunter College), and is completing her MBA (SUNY Oswego). Her anthropology focus on India and extensive Himalayan travel later led her to volunteer with Himalayan Health Exchange, supporting medical expeditions that deliver free care to remote communities.

ALEXANDER DUCKWORTH

Alexander Duckworth is Chief Operating Officer at KP7 Investors and a Partner at POP Capital LLC. For more than two decades, he has advised leading global brands on strategy, positioning, and growth, working across both emerging and established enterprises to unlock enduring brand and enterprise value. Alexander is frequently quoted in the media as an authority on the luxury market and has taught courses in marketing and brand strategy. He serves in advisory and board capacities across nonprofit and research organizations.

His work integrates rigorous quantitative analysis with deep qualitative insight to identify cultural, consumer, and commercial opportunity. This combined approach—particularly critical in an era increasingly shaped by automation and AI—allows brands to build relevance, distinction, and long-term resonance.

Chief of Staff

YOUANNA MOSAD

Youanna Mosad is Chief of Staff at Headliner Series, where she works in direct partnership with senior leadership across strategy, operations, and execution, supporting the firm’s evolution as a long-term relationship and convening platform. Her background spans marketing leadership and executive coordination, often acting as the connective layer between vision and execution, with an emphasis on clarity, discretion, and long-term value.

Prior to Headliner Series, Youanna served as Director of Marketing, overseeing marketing strategy and execution across three founder-led companies concurrently. In this role, she led brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and growth initiatives while managing cross-functional teams and complex operational demands. Her work required disciplined prioritization, executive-level judgment, and the ability to scale systems without compromising standards.
